Protective in St. Louis is seeking a Customer Service representative to provide exceptional service over the phone and digital channels. You will resolve inquiries, document interactions, and maintain product knowledge while meeting SLAs and quality standards.

This in-office role requires strong multitasking and proactive problem-resolution skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, work with multiple systems, and demonstrate ownership of customer issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound call center or similar environment.
• Ability to work with multiple modern computer systems and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media ensuring a positive experience.
• Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and timely.
