TelAssist is hiring a Customer Service Representative for in‑office work in the United States. You will greet callers, collect information, and route inquiries, using our call processing system. The role emphasizes inbound calls and requires a clear, friendly voice and solid English grammar.

Strong typing (35 wpm), reliable attendance, and general Windows skills are essential. Weekend availability is required for a full‑time schedule; compensation includes benefits and a stable hourly wage.

Qualificações

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
• Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
• Computer skills in a Windows‑based environment.
• Good attendance.
• The ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
• Work on our state‑of‑the‑art call processing system and be trained on a variety of call center tools to properly prioritize customer needs.
• Perform inbound calls only; no outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
