Assist World is seeking a remote Receptionist & Customer Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for inbound calls across US time zones. You will route calls, provide basic information, and support light data entry in a CRM.

This role operates within a small remote team ensuring weekday coverage and a premium customer experience. Your duties include logging call details, updating records, and escalating complex issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in receptionist or customer service roles.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, easy-to-understand accent.
• Confident, professional phone presence and routing skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and decision trees for routing calls.
• Detail-oriented, with accurate logging of messages and data.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls professionally and route to correct location.
• Provide basic information from FAQs and scripts to callers.
• Log caller information into a CRM or project system.
• Update extension lists and basic data in spreadsheets.
• Flag recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
