Job summary

Vortex Doors in San Diego, CA is seeking a customer service representative to be the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and coordinating service visits in a fast-paced office setting.

You'll manage phone and email communication, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and dispatch technicians as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or admin background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data-entry abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify and analyze customer needs, provide creative solutions, schedule services, and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel to meet customer requests.
• Develop an understanding of products and services to answer questions accurately.
