Vortex Doors, America's leading commercial and industrial door installation and repair company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first contact for customers. You will address inquiries, provide service information, and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, scheduling services, maintaining records, dispatching personnel, and staying informed about our door products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative support required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers via phone and email professionally and courteously.
• Identify customer needs, provide information, and schedule services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Dispatch vehicles and staff to fulfill service requests.
• Develop product/service knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
