You will interact with customers via phone and email, resolve issues, and coordinate service dispatch while maintaining accurate records and building product knowledge. This role requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
