Job summary

Vortex Doors, a leading commercial and industrial door installation and repair company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information, and support dispatch and service scheduling.

You will maintain accurate records in our CRM, coordinate with field teams, and develop product knowledge to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced office environment in Sacramento.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data-entry accuracy.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email professionally.
• Identify needs, provide solutions, schedule services, escalate when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Dispatch vehicles and personnel to meet customer requests.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information.
