Metz Air Control, a fast-growing HVAC company, is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our HVAC & Plumbing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in daily operations.

The role includes answering calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, entering customer information, and handling inquiries. A HVAC or plumbing office background is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, with hourly pay of
