Job summary

American Leak Detection is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer phones, explain services to clients, and manage the customer experience in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. The CSR will schedule appointments and dispatch/routing of technicians for daily jobs, supporting residential, commercial, and municipal customers.

The role offers a full-time daytime shift (8 hours) with Monday–Friday work and occasional weekend availability, plus comprehensive benefits and a work-from-home

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching is a plus.
• Experience in plumbing/restoration/construction industries is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phones.
