Job summary

PRISM Home Medical Supply Specialists in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Operations Team Member to support intake and order processing at our local office. You will maintain patient files, verify data, and assist in delivering medical supplies in a timely manner.

As part of the Client Operations team, you’ll collaborate with teammates, meet daily order quotas, and build knowledge of wound care products and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong typing, filing, and phone handling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, or verbally to patients, clinicians, and other team members.
• Be a team member and assist others with duties as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude that enhances the organization’s reputation and growth.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance.
• Perform other duties as requested by management and/or COC.
• Accurately process orders and maintain up-to-date patient information.
