Qualifications

• High school diploma required; scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Experience with WellSky preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers with clients for all shifts and cases.
• Maintain schedules and data entry for clients and caregivers.
• Communicate scheduling changes to clients and caregivers.
• Monitor telephony logs for payroll and billing.
• Generate reports on caregiver supply and demand.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Manage on-call evenings and weekends.
• Perform general office duties.
