The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in account management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is an in-office position with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year and great benefits.

Formación

• High School degree required; college preferred.
• Benefits Account Manager experience is mandatory.
• LAH license is necessary.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be tech-savvy with excellent command of Microsoft programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse book of small, mid-size, and large group EB clients.
• Provide day-to-day service to clients.
• Oversee renewals and ensure compliance.
• Support open enrollment with carriers and internal teams.
