Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Associate Director of Property Management to lead day‑to‑day management of a property or portfolio and oversee other managers, properties, and clients.

You will act as the primary owner representative, ensure timely reporting and budgeting, and supervise teams. The role requires a real estate license, a BA/BS, and strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7–10 years of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and serve as Owner Representative; prepare and deliver reports.
• Ensure timely responses to client and tenant issues; escalate complex matters.
• Direct preparation and delivery of monthly reports and annual budgets; present budgets.
• Direct lease administration activities; coordinate with accounting and lease administration.
• Oversee collections of fees and report AR status with recommendations.
• Provide supervision to assigned teams and manage staffing decisions.
