Qualifications

• Six years or more in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Proven experience with SOX controls and financial compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage agency and producer account portfolios including billing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and perform collections to support cash flow.
• Investigate and resolve complex account discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end/year-end AR activities.
• Execute and maintain SOX-related financial controls.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on AR processes.
• Support process improvements and participate in billing projects.
