Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
Categorizing transactions in QuickBooks.
Maintaining data in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
Managing accounts payable for multiple entities.
Conducting bank account and credit card reconciliations.
Assisting with monthly close process.
