Job summary

Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the On Premise to drive brand visibility and channel expertise in the Minnesota market. In-market duties 80–95% with travel to accounts, plus event support and distributor collaboration.

Role requires strong communication, in-market execution, and ability to educate accounts on MJUS brands, while managing POS and local budgets. Competitive comp and bonus offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in spirits or beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies.
• Willingness to learn the Jägermeister way.
• Travel within territory required; valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and set up POS
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Executes local brand and channel priorities with distributors.
• Develops local commercial solutions to improve brand execution.
• Conducts staff trainings and tastings in accounts.
• Tracks POS and analyzes ROI of events.
• Maintains relationships with accounts and distributors.
• In-market execution and brand education.
