Job summary

Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager - On Premise to drive in-market execution for the MJUS portfolio. Expect close collaboration with accounts, distributors, and events teams to enhance brand visibility in Jersey Shore, Hoboken, Newark, Trenton, and Central Jersey.

This role requires strong communication, field-based energy (80–95% in market) and the ability to deliver education on the Jägermeister brands to accounts and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in spirits/beverage industry.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develops local commercial solutions to improve brand execution and image in market.
• Builds Jägermeister and Teremana business in market with best-in-class execution.
• Contributes to distributor and retailer programming and staff trainings.
• Manages pricing, profit and brand economics at account level.
• Tracks ROI, analyzes POS, and supports events and promotions.
