Job summary

Mast-Jägermeister US is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – On Premise to lead in-market execution, manage distributor partnerships, and elevate the MJUS portfolio in accounts. You will train staff, build brand visibility, and optimize programming to drive sales.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and trip-focused field work, with 80–95% in-market presence. A base of $75,000 plus a 15% target bonus and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Requires 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in spirits/beverage industry; college degree preferred.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and operate with a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Develops local commercial solutions to improve brand execution and image in market.
Builds Jägermeister and Teremana business according to channel and brand standards.
Conducts staff trainings and tastings in accounts and develops programming with distributors/retailers.
Tracks and analyzes ROI and POS effectiveness.
