The ideal candidate will build and maintain WordPress sites, implement APIs and integrations, manage hosting and security, and lead AI-driven workflows across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven professional web development experience on production sites.
• Strong WordPress administration, theme and plugin management.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks and cloud integrations.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools and prompting in a professional setting.
• Ability to design, test and refine prompts for consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize company websites and web-based applications, with emphasis on WordPress-based sites.
• Lead front-end and back-end development, performance, security and reliability.
• Implement AI prompts, templates and workflows for business use.
• Manage CRM and SaaS platforms and integrations with other systems.
• Provide technical support for Sales, Marketing and administrative teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors when specialized services are needed.
