Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology or CS.
• At least five years of web development experience.
• Proficiency with headless CMS platforms and marketing automation integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of front-end development and content management systems.
• Ability to translate designs into responsive web components and run A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees technical aspects of web development projects with coding standards.
• Mentors junior developers and collaborates with stakeholders on technical specs.
• Interprets business requirements into detailed technical plans.
• Analyzes web performance with data-driven recommendations.
• Designs A/B and multivariate tests to optimize KPIs.
• Keeps up with industry trends and presents strategic recommendations.
• Prepares technical docs, project plans, and reports.
• Manages integrations with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
• Implements advanced SEO strategies and owns Core Web Vitals.
• Works with brand and design to maintain scalable design systems.
