Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Senior Web Developer to own the technical health and ongoing development of the CentralReach website and associated web properties. You will manage theme/plugin development, performance, security, and integrations with marketing and product systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands-on WordPress development, with PHP, Node.js, and modern front-end skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, hybrid office environment in Holmdel, NJ and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on WordPress development experience with custom themes and plugins.
• Proven ability to own a production website from requirements to deployment with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a marketing or B2B SaaS environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day development, maintenance, and performance of the CentralReach WordPress site and its subdomains.
• Build and maintain pages using Beaver Builder and custom themes/plugins.
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integrations with Node.js and internal tools.
