Job summary

Reducto is seeking its first in-house Video Producer to define and lead our video strategy from conception to publishing. You will own the entire creative process, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and distribution, and work closely with founders, engineers, and the marketing team.

This on-site role is based in our San Francisco office, offering the opportunity to develop original series, formats, and creator-focused content that demonstrates Reducto’s AI expertise and culture.

Qualifications

• Have a strong portfolio of work you personally produced, filmed, and edited.
• Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and craft across framing, sound, pacing, and final edit.
• Deep curiosity about AI and technology with the ability to highlight human stories.
• Excellent storytelling instincts to find narrative in product or company moments.
• Ability to direct non-professional on-camera talent and make them feel natural.
• Take full ownership from brief to final edit without waiting for others.

Responsibilities

• Own video from concept through final cut, including ideation, scripting, pre-production, filming, lighting, sound, editing, and delivery.
• Develop repeatable video series and formats highlighting people, culture, product, customers; establish voice.
• Concept and produce product launches that demonstrate technical capabilities.
• Create customer stories and case-study videos with customers.
• Partner with engineering to produce explainers, demos, interviews, and tutorials for developers.
• Capture life at Reducto through employee profiles, founders, office moments, events.
• Turn each production into content for YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and paid campaigns.
• Can create motion graphics or animation to clarify product stories.
• Work with marketing to connect video to launches, campaigns, and events.
• Build systems behind a high-output video function: workflows, equipment recommendations, asset organization, external support.
