Reducto is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to build the content engine for AI teams and business stakeholders. You’ll own long- and short-form content across blogs, guides, and stories, interview customers, and drive social and newsletter programs.

This hands-on role reports to Brand and Content Lead and collaborates with Growth, DevRel, Product Marketing, and Sales. You’ll work in our San Francisco office, shaping content with an editorial POV and ensuring consistency of voice,

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or related role, ideally at a B2B software company.
• Ability to make content perform across channels and measure impact.
• Strong writing with minimal editing needed.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial calendar and publish across engineering deep-dives, benchmarks, guides, and industry pieces.
• Create content for SEO and GEO programs using topics, keywords, and questions.
• Interview customers to turn results into case studies and sales-ready content.
• Manage social and newsletter distribution across LinkedIn, X, and developer communities.
