Job summary

Wordware is seeking a fast, obsessive video editor/producer to shoot, edit, and publish daily content in a high-volume pipeline. You will own the end-to-end process from capture to publish, coordinating with the Creative Director and CEO to ensure consistent output.

You should be fluent with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Resolve, and comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools to accelerate production. This is an in-office role at the Presidio in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Proficient in video editing with Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Fast, precise editor with strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
• High-volume pipeline experience and AI-assisted workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit daily: shoot, back up, archive footage.
• Edit quickly, write captions, create hooks for multiple platforms.
• Publish on a cadence: five pieces per week across channels.
• Own the video library: transcripts, cuts, thumbnails, organized assets.
• Run AI-assisted pipeline: transcription, captions, voiceover, versioning.
• Maintain a running concept list and weekly shot lists.
• Support Creative Director by delivering first cuts to accelerate narrative work.
