Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations in Orlando, FL seeks an In-House Sales Professional to present vacation ownership opportunities to guests and members staying at or visiting HGV properties. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes relationship-building, follow-up, and achieving sales targets.

You will train on product details, work with Owners, and use HGV technology to close sales, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Vacation Ownership sales experience, including 1+ year as an In-House Sales Executive.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-based environment.
• Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, real estate, or resort sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and present luxury vacation ownership products to potential buyers.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
• Attend all sales training and sales meetings for key information on product and related updates.
• Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations.
• Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners.
• Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale with Guests and Owners online using applicable HGV technology and inventory Guidelines.
• Generate referral leads with each new customer.
• Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations core values and policies.
• Work well in a team environment.
