Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is hiring a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive sales performance in a technology-driven, virtual environment. You will mentor the sales team, model best practices, and ensure service excellence in line with our Spirit of Service.

The role requires frontline timeshare sales experience, real estate licensing where required, and comfort using Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral and Outlook. Compensation includes a substantial base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• ~2+ years' proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• ~ Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
• ~ Must reside in a state with an active broker relationship.
• ~ Proficient with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral and Outlook.

As a Remote In House Sales Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
• Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• ~2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• ~ Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
• ~ Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
• ~ Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)

The range of the role is $131,250 to $218,750 annually, plus commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The actual base pay offered may vary based on geographic location and market data.
