Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Jackson, Wyoming is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Engineer for immediate start. This independent contractor role supports end-users with first- and second-level IT help, triaging tickets and coordinating with the client IT team.

You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic network issues, and document activities for the service delivery team. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works independently on-site, and follows client IT policies

The Desktop Support Engineer role is responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support while also managing the efficient assignment and dispatch of service requests. This on-site role ensures end-user issues are resolved promptly - either directly or by coordinating with other technicians - by triaging tickets, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining strong communication between IT and users.

Work Model
