Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a hybrid role in Denver, CO or Tucson, AZ, requiring 3 days in the office. You will lead full life cycle recruitment for Field Service Technicians, building pipelines and coordinating assessments to ensure top talent supports customer service and operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in high-volume recruiting, experience with college recruitment, and familiarity with Workday.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting (10-30 requisitions at a time).
• 2+ years’ experience with college recruitment preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for Field Service Technicians across regions.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technicians with equipment maintenance and field service experience.
• Screen candidates for technical aptitude, travel requirements, safety, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and regional staffing demands.
• Coordinate skills assessments, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
