Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in physical therapy and an active Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
• Maintain licensure and certification as required by state(s) of practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT services to residents under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in screenings and evaluations under PT direction.
• Contribute to treatment planning, goals, and implementation as outlined in the plan.
• Document patient care in NetHealth EMR per CMS expectations.
