Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and treatment planning under PT guidance.
• Develop resident schedules with the PT and team.
• Document CMS-compliant records in NetHealth EMR.
