Job summary

The Arboretum of Winnie in Texas is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver person-centered care to help residents improve mobility, strength, and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas PTA license, has experience in SNF or long-term care, and is proficient with Net Health documentation. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas PTA license.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Manage patients with varying needs in collaboration with the rehab team.
• Attend required meetings and ensure compliant documentation.
