Job summary

The Broadview Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized plans of care to reduce pain and improve function.
Monitor and document resident progress, including strength and mobility.
Communicate changes in resident condition to the Physical Therapist and care team.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
Follow all professional, legal, and regulatory standards.
