Job summary

The Broadview Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a dedicated Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house Rehab Team. You will support residents and patients through evidence-based treatment in collaboration with therapists and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatment to residents and patients to relieve pain, restore or improve function.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention.
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Developing treatment plans using a variety of techniques and creating personalized health programs.
• Advising patients on exercise techniques and in-home treatment options.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and documenting patient care history.
• Ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures.
