Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
• Strong ability to analyze highly complex matters and advise accordingly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on privacy laws, regulations, obligations and standards impacting financial products and services.
• Counsel on GLBA and state privacy laws, FCRA, and emerging privacy laws.
• Develop privacy impact assessments and guide product development for compliant innovation.
• Draft and negotiate contractual provisions and internal policies.
• Monitor developments and provide practical legal solutions balancing business needs.
