Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Documentation and billing knowledge per CMS/EMR standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill services per company procedures.
• Evaluate residents to determine care needs and create treatment plans.
• Develop short and long-term treatment goals and implement plans.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to residents, families, and the team.
• Complete compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
