• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice and company procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for physical therapy services.
• Develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals, and communicate findings to residents and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete CMS-compliant and medically necessary documentation in NetHealth EMR.
