Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.
• Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill therapies per company procedures.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans with short/long-term goals.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention or treatment.
• Prepare and communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to residents and families.
