Job summary

Legrand is seeking an experienced In-House Paralegal to support the Legal Department in West Hartford, CT. The role involves reviewing contracts, drafting corporate documents, and coordinating with internal and external counsel.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification preferred, and at least 4 years of in-house experience. Strong communication, project management, and Excel/MO applications skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Paralegal certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a paralegal in-house.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and related documents and coordinate with internal/external counsel.
• Draft, review and update corporate documents and correspondences.
• Maintain corporate records and liaise with Corporate Secretary and SVP/GC.
• Respond to document requests from government agencies and courts.
