Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective legal support for mortgage servicing and regulatory compliance.
• Research and interpret federal/state mortgage servicing laws and investor requirements.
• Review and develop mortgage servicing documents and forms for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address servicing documentation questions and regulatory changes.
• Research and resolve servicing-related questions with clients' legal/compliance contacts.
