Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to the US bar.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in mortgage servicing law.
• Experience with RESPA, TILA, and mortgage servicing documentation.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements into practical docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely legal counsel to mortgage servicing and origination teams.
• Research and interpret federal/state mortgage servicing laws and investor requirements.
• Review, develop, and maintain mortgage servicing documents and forms for compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on processes and systems.
• Collaborate with operations, product, technology, and compliance teams to implement regulatory changes.
• Research and resolve servicing-related questions with clients' legal and compliance contacts.
