Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation matter intake, opening/closing matters in Legal Tracker, workflow coordination, and assignment distribution.
• Independently manage third-party subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies and other requestors.
• Provide comprehensive support to in-house attorneys for NSA-related cases and other administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate the discovery process by issuing legal holds, managing document/data collections, and tracking deadlines.
• Provide administrative support including limited travel, reimbursements, and check requests for settlements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports to support case management and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects and initiatives.
