Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process in the Legal Tracker billing system.
• Independently manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA and other administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery including legal holds and data collections.
• Provide administrative support including travel, reimbursements, and check requests for settlements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects as needed.
