This full-time, in-house role offers base pay 40k-45k with OTE 50k-60k and a long-term path into higher sales leadership, with potential growth in future acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator on the phone.
• Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Sales, lead management, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own speed to lead, qualification, and follow-up to maximize conversions.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and timely data entry for all leads.
• Set appointments and protect attendance for scheduled showings.
• Be the first voice homeowners speak with and drive revenue growth.
• Commit to owning the Lead Manager seat for up to 12 months based on performance.
