The role is full-time, in-person, with a pay range of $70,000–$80,000 OTE (base plus uncapped commission). Responsibilities include tracking metrics for the company scorecard, coordinating closings, and assisting in lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return phone calls from seller leads.
• Collect and enter lead/property information into database.
• Schedule appointments for sales team.
• Follow up with and manage current and past leads.
• Assist in generating new leads through online ads and outbound calling.
• Assist on and lead onsite appointments.
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for company scorecard.
• Coordinate closings.
