Technology Leader Companies in Lancaster, PA is hiring a full-time IT Manager to own infrastructure, security, and internal tech support. This hands-on role includes managing our server environment, administering core productivity platforms, and building security and operational practices we currently lack.

The IT Manager will oversee 6 Windows/SQL Server instances, perform patching, backup/DR, endpoint protection, MFA enforcement, and vendor relationships, enabling reliable, secure operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with endpoint security tools, VPNs, and password management.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day server/infrastructure management across Windows/SQL Server environments.
• Operate as Acumatica System Administrator and support ERP-related projects.
• Administer productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and enforce security configurations.
• Deploy and manage endpoint protection and VPN across devices; implement MFA.
• Build and maintain backup/DR, patch management, and security awareness practices.
