Job summary

IP House is seeking an IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations for a distributed workforce. You will collaborate with regional IT teams and an MSP to cover multiple time zones, administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune, and oversee security and compliance tasks.

The role requires on-site presence in our Erie, PA office with occasional remote work opportunities. A strong background in Windows/macOS support and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT administration experience.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce.
• Experience working with MSPs or IT vendors.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding/offboarding for employees, coordinate accounts and devices across time zones.
• Serve as escalation point for MSP, ensure service levels are met.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune; manage access, MFA, SSO.
• Manage Windows/macOS end-user devices and network resources.
• Procure, deploy, inventory, retire hardware, handle warranties.
• Monitor security alerts and apply best practices to protect data.
• Complete recurring compliance work and maintain IT policies.
