Job summary

IP House is seeking an IT Administrator to support a globally distributed workforce from our Erie, PA office. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, and work with an MSP to ensure service levels. On-site presence is expected; some remote work opportunities exist.

The role requires 3+ years of IT administration, Windows/macOS proficiency, and strong security/compliance awareness. A relevant degree is preferred, and MSP collaboration is key.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of IT administration experience, preferably supporting a distributed workforce.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations for a distributed workforce.
• Coordinate with MSP and internal teams to meet service levels.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment and access controls (MFA, SSO).
• Manage Windows and macOS devices and licenses.
• Procure, deploy, and retire hardware; manage warranties.
• Monitor security alerts and implement best practices for data protection.
• Complete recurring security/compliance tasks and document IT policies.
• Identify IT process improvements and standardize procedures.
• Manage IT spend and evaluate new tools and vendors.
