Job summary

Oxford Road is building its first in-house IT function in Sherman Oaks, CA, and seeks a Senior IT Administrator to own the health, security, and reliability of the technology environment. You will replace a former outsourced model and directly manage the IT Support Specialist, while establishing runbooks, documented processes, and security controls.

Responsibilities include infrastructure and SaaS administration (Salesforce, Qlik, Tableau), identity and access management, vendor security

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT systems administration or related technical function.
• Experience mentoring junior IT staff.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/EMM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune).
• Proficiency with IAM tools: SSO, MFA, directory services (Okta, Azure AD).
• Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Qlik, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own internal IT function end-to-end: infrastructure, endpoints, security posture, service delivery.
• Manage IT Support Specialist and provide direction and growth.
• Transition from outsourced IT to in-house function; audit and document processes.
• Oversee endpoint provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies; monitor threats and ensure compliance.
• Own third‑party security risk reviews and vendor security assessments.
• Lead incident response for security events and remediation.
• Maintain runbooks and robust documentation across IT operations.
• Provide executive-level and high-priority issue support as needed.
