Clearly Filtered is hiring an IT Manager in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The role is hands-on and the main IT resource for the company, covering end-user support, devices management, IT security, compliance, and training.

The position requires onsite work four days per week and collaboration with the Data & Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in IT support or systems administration, strong Mac troubleshooting, and experience with Google Workspace and SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on Mac environment troubleshooting and network support.
• Experience managing Google Workspace and user permissions.
• Experience with SaaS platforms like Monday.com or Shopify.
• Familiarity with IT security concepts, access control, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Manage devices lifecycle and asset inventory from provisioning to offboarding.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and monitor endpoint protection.
• Deliver IT onboarding and annual security awareness training.
• Collaborate with Data & Technology on architecture and upgrades.
