The Quest Organization seeks a paralegal to support corporate governance, financing, and real estate transactions within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Real Estate teams to streamline diligence, document review, and compliance using AI tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience with exposure to corporate law; real estate law a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, document management systems, and online legal research tools.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot) and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Business-minded, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Detail-oriented with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and support a variety of legal and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize legal records related to corporate governance, financing, and transactional matters.
  • Draft and file LLC formations, dissolutions, annual reports, EIN applications, and related corporate documents.
  • Manage entity compliance, virtual record books, and document version control.
  • Assist with SEC, blue sky, and compliance-related filings and reporting.
  • Oversee commercial agreement tracking and prepare summaries of key terms and obligations.
  • Support real estate and financing transactions alongside attorneys, lenders, title companies, and outside counsel.
  • Review leases, loan documents, title reports, surveys, UCC filings, and tax liens.
  • Utilize AI and legal technology tools to streamline workflows, document review, research, and compliance tracking.

An innovative real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Paralegal to support corporate legal operations and real estate transactions. This role will work closely with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Real Estate teams and is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
